Our HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) Study is a structured and systematic technique for identifying potential hazards and operability problems in process plants. HAZOP is widely recognized as the most effective method for process hazard analysis in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and oil & gas industries, and our experienced facilitators ensure that the study is conducted to the highest professional standards.

The HAZOP study is conducted by a multidisciplinary team led by our independent facilitator. The process is divided into nodes, and for each node, the team applies guide words (such as NO, MORE, LESS, REVERSE, AS WELL AS) to process parameters to identify credible deviations from design intent. For each deviation, the team identifies causes, consequences, existing safeguards, and recommendations for risk reduction.

The HAZOP report provides a comprehensive record of all identified hazards and operability issues, with a clear traceability from deviation to recommendation. Each recommendation is categorized by priority and assigned to a responsible owner. The report serves as a critical input for process safety management, risk assessment, and engineering design improvements.
