Our Factory License service provides end-to-end support for obtaining new factory licenses and renewing existing ones under the Factories Act and applicable state regulations. A valid factory license is a fundamental statutory requirement, and our service ensures that the entire process — from application to license issuance — is handled efficiently and correctly.

For new factory licenses, we assist with plan approval submissions, preparation of all required documents including building stability certificates, process flow diagrams, machinery layout, and safety provisions. We coordinate with the Factory Inspectorate for site inspections and address any observations or queries raised during the approval process.

For license renewals, we review your current license status, prepare the renewal application with updated information, ensure that all statutory requirements such as stability certificates, Form-9, Form-10, and Form-11 certifications are current, and coordinate with the Inspectorate for timely renewal. We also assist with license amendments for changes in manufacturing process, machinery, or workforce strength.
